Our Herb Butter Mix is a carefully balanced blend of green herbs, onions, tomato flakes and spices, designed to turn ordinary butter into something genuinely special in minutes. Unlike many herb butter mixes, this one contains no starch fillers and relatively little salt, letting the herbs do the talking.

The recipe is deliberately generous: parsley forms the backbone, supported by tomato, garlic, onion, bell pepper, chilli, thyme, oregano and bay leaf. The ingredients are freeze-dried to preserve flavour and aroma, so what you taste is clean, fresh and well defined — not dusty or dull.
