Mélange de France is a beautifully balanced herb mix inspired by classic French kitchen flavours — garlic, parsley, tarragon, thyme and oregano, rounded out with sage and celery for depth. It’s savoury, aromatic and endlessly adaptable.

It turns everyday cooking into something a little more considered, with very little effort.

It’s also one of our customers’ favourites — once it’s in the cupboard, it tends to stay there.

How to use it

This mix is ideal for herb butter, sauces and general seasoning.

1. Shake before use

2. Stir the desired amount with a little water

3. Leave to soak for around 5 minutes

4. Add good extra virgin olive oil and mix well

Use it to flavour vegetables, meat, sauces, roasted potatoes, or to make an instant herb butter for bread, steak or fish.
