This Guacamole Dip mix is designed to do exactly that. Combine it with fresh avocado and you’ve got a full-flavoured, properly balanced guacamole in minutes. Tomato flakes, chilli, garlic and paprika provide depth and warmth, while herbs and spices round everything out so the avocado still shines.

It’s bold without being aggressive, fresh without being flat, and flexible enough to suit how you like your guacamole. Keep it chunky and rustic, or smooth it out with a spoon of olive oil mayonnaise for a creamier finish.

How to use

• Use 2 teaspoons of Guacamole Dip per 1 ripe avocado

• Mash the avocado, stir in the mix, and adjust to taste

Tip:
A squeeze of lemon or lime juice will slow oxidation and keep your guacamole greener for longer. A little goes a long way — too much will overpower the flavour.
