Our Veggie Rub was developed especially for Oil & Vinegar as a lighter, more balanced seasoning for vegetables. Built around lemon and herbs, it delivers freshness, warmth and depth without relying heavily on salt.

With rosemary, oregano, mint and marjoram, plus gentle spice from turmeric, it enhances natural flavours rather than masking them. Designed for roasting, grilling and barbecuing, it brings vegetables to life with very little effort.

Importantly, it contains significantly less salt than traditional rubs — flavour comes first.

How to use it

This rub is ideal for BBQ and oven-roasted vegetables.

Simply:

• toss vegetables with olive oil

• sprinkle generously with the rub

• roast or grill until golden

Perfect for peppers, courgettes, aubergine, mushrooms, carrots, potatoes — or anything that benefits from heat and a little char.
