Crafted by the renowned Mussini vinegar house of Modena (est. 1909), this balsamic begins with hand-picked Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, harvested only when their natural sugars and acidity are at their very best. The must is slowly reduced over 36–48 hours, then matured for four years using the traditional Travasi method — a gentle, patient process that builds harmony and aroma.

The result is a wonderfully balanced vinegar with a bright, sweet-and-sour profile, an intense fruity fragrance, and a beautiful amber hue. It’s clean, elegant, and incredibly versatile.
